This weekend at Travelers Rest just outside of Lolo you can share in an ages old Native American tradition, storytelling.  A great way to while away time during the winter months.

This weekend  Vernon Finley, Kootenai Tribal Member,  will share his memories and stories he heard around the winter fires.

The program begins at 11a.m.  Admission to the programs is $4 per adult, and children under 18 and all current Travelers’ Rest Preservation and Heritage Association (TRPHA) members are free.  All programs are held at the Holt Museum and Visitors Center at Travelers’ Rest State Park. To reach the park, travel approximately ½ mile west of Lolo on Highway 12.
