This is of particular concern to the Denver Broncos' Mile High Stadium, since Sports Authority has the naming rights. Sports Authority is trying to sell those naming rights, but Denver is saying, "Hold your horses. You owe us over $2 million in quarterly payments!" In other words, don't be trying to sell something you don't legally own at this point? Sounds like it could get messy.

Meanwhile, some Colorado marijuana companies have apparently expressed an interest in having their name tied to a stadium know as "Mile High." I guess we'll know more when the Broncos start to weed out the new applicants.   DB
