Why You Don’t Smoke With Gun Powder in Your Car

That's probably a safety tip few of us need. And admitting you're an idiot probably won't lessen the punishment. But Mr. Joseph Brennan of Quincy, Mass., at least included that admission in his plea after setting off an explosion in his own vehicle.

Associated Press reports that Brennan lit a cigarette with gun powder in his front seat. He was arraigned at a local hospital where he was being treated for injuries from the explosion. Remarkable that he's not in worse shape.

There is no suspicion of any terrorist activity, but he is being charged with possession of an incendiary device. Oh, and he may be face more charges since authorities also found explosives at his house. And yes, during his arraignment he did say to authorities, "I am an idiot."
