Western Montana School Closures & Delays, So Far

While most kids, and even some adults, have their fingers crossed for a snow day tomorrow, school is still ON for Missoula school district #1 as of 10:30 p.m. Thursday, December 15th.

With a total snowfall of about 7 inches in Lolo and 10 inches in some parts of Polson today, in addition to temperatures expected to be in the single digits and below zero on Friday and Saturday, it's no wonder that kids are expecting school to close.

Here are school closures and delays so far for Friday, December 16th.

• Salish Kootenai College, closed.
• Work delayed until 10 a.m. for all tribal employees.
• Polson School District, starting 2 hours late.
• Classes starting on time in Ronan, but school buses will be running 2 hours late.
