We shared this story awhile back about the dude who decided it was a good idea to throw an alligator into a restaurant. Now, this might come as a big shock to some, but he now feels remorseful and thinks it just might have been wrong.

Back in October, Joshua James tossed a live alligator through the drive-up window at a Wendy's in West Palm Beach, Florida. He was arrested in February and thinks it best to toss himself this time...at the mercy of the court, that is. He has pleaded guilty to a number of unspecified misdemeanor charges, apologized and said it was a really stupid stunt. He claims he found the three-and-half-foot gator along the side of the road.

No one was hurt. The unharmed alligator was captured and returned to the wild. It also was quoted as saying, "No, no, don't take me! I love it here! Just one more Baconator, pllllleeeeeeaaaaaassssssse!"    DB
