Unusual Protocol For President’s Speech On NFL Opening Night

Since President Obama decided to give his jobs plan speech on the same night as the opening game of the National Football League opener between Green Bay and New Orleans, there will be a few concessions made in the presentation of the plan in order to appeal to football fans in hopes they will tune in:

---The Republican rebuttal will not be allowed until they throw a red challenge flag.

---Viewers will be able to draft any components of the package to their fantasy league teams.
