Get a jump on your Halloween fun this coming Thursday, October 30 at the University of Montana. The University Players, a student-run, independent theater group, are teaming up with campus ambassadors the UM Advocates, to guide small groups through three storied campus buildings. The tours begin at 7:30 p.m. and continue until 10:00 p.m., departing every 10 minutes. Tours should take about 30 minutes. It's $5 per person and $3 for UM students. Tours depart from the University Center Atrium. No advance tickets sold, all first come, first served.

The UM Players produced a script based on portions of the books "Montana Ghost Stories" and "Montana Chillers." Expect theatrical re-enactments, imparting campus history and lore along the way. The tour buildings are Main Hall, Rankin Hall and Brantly Hall. Just as a reminder, it is Family Weekend at UM, so there could be more thrill seekers around than usual if you want to get in on
