Two Fundraiser Events for Griz Fans This Weekend

A Brawl of the Wild Auction and Grizzly Football Awards Banquet. You Griz fans can stay super busy this weekend! You're invited to to kick off Montana-Montana State football weekend with the 2014 Griz Auction. The Grizzly Scholarship Association will host the auction on the eve of the Griz-Cat football game, this Friday evening, November 21, at the Adams Center. Things get underway at 6:00 with a social hour and silent auction. Dinner and live auction begin at 7:00, along with live music by our buddy Tyler Barham of Florence. Cost to attend ranges from a $75 ticket all the way up to a $10,000 VIP table. Griz game day attire is encouraged. All proceeds from the auction go toward scholarships for student athletes.

And then on Sunday, November 23, you can celebrate the Grizzly football season with UM players and coaches at the annual Grizzly Football Awards Banquet at the Double Tree Edgewater Ballroom. This is an afternoon affair, with the social starting at 12:30, luncheon and awards beginning at 1:00. Individual player awards will be presented. The season highlight video will be shown and we'll hear from UM head coach Mick Delaney, athletics director Kent Haslam and president Royce Engstrom. Cost per ticket is $25. Tickets will not be available at the door.
