Missoula police are now reporting three armed robberies Tuesday morning. The first two took place between 12:30 a.m. and 1 a.m. The third occurred in the 7 a.m. hour at a Brooks Street casino

Corporal Mick McCarthy with the Missoula Police department says the first robbery was reported at about 12:45 a.m. at a convenience store on South Russell. The second robbery took place at a casino-bar on North Reserve a few minutes after 1 a.m.

McCarthy says no one was injured and the suspect got away with an undisclosed amount of cash. Police are not saying if both robberies were committed by the same person, although the suspect description is similar in both incidents.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crimestoppers at 721-44-44.

A law enforcement source says the suspect in the Brooks Street robbery is a male about 5′ 5″ tall with a slight build. He was wearing a gray hoodie and carrying a silver pistol. He is considered armed and dangerous.
