Toy Sheep Add Hidden Fun to Hamilton Christmas Season

Again this year, tiny knitted sheep will be spending time in various Hamilton businesses, waiting to be found.

"Follow the Sheep Trail" is a collaboration between the Hamilton Downtown Association the the Knotty Knitters Guild of Hamilton. The knitters create about a dozen fluffy sheep and the Hamilton Downtown Association place them at HDA member locations.

Kids and their families then look for the sheep from Friday December 8 to Friday, December 15. When they find the sheep, they jot down the name of that sheep (such as Ram-bo or Ewe-nice) on an entry form. That completed form is brought to Chapter One Book Store at 3rd and Main.

On December 16 at 1 p.m., the first dozen names pulled out in a random drawing of the completed forms win the sheep.
