Totally Wrong Use of Emergency Services Calls
I'll bet the dispatchers just love it when they say, "9-1-1, what is your emergency?", and get "overpriced drinks" for an answer. Sure, crap like this happens a lot, but it gets annoying to hear about clowns like this wasting our tax dollars.
A drunk guy in Post Falls, Idaho, kept calling 911 to complain that he was being overcharged for beers at the Club Tequila. An officer gave him a ride home and an employee at the bar produced receipts that showed he was charged $30 for the 12 beers he ordered (they let him order 10 beers?). Anyway, he got kicked out of the bar and our drunk-dialing friend now faces up to a $1,000 fine and a year in jail.
Yeah, I think calling 911 12 times deserves a kick in the butt, don't you?
