Top 25 Can Beers

Missoula and Western Montana are lucky to have many craft breweries. The trend to craft beers started in the 1990’s with Bayern, followed shortly after that by Big Sky Brewing, then came KettleHouse and just recently DraughtWorks. There are several more in Stevensville and Hamilton. All make very good products; I’ve tried just about everyone. I’m a fan of draft beer but it’s hard to fit a keg and tap in the cooler, so a good portable solution is canned beer.

CraftCans.com says there are 740 beers from 234 breweries available in cans. CoEd magazine has come up with a list of the top 25. No Montana beers made the list. These CoEd  judges don’t know what they’re missing.
