I have great childhood memories of standing on a stool at the stove with my mom, stirring Spaghetti O's in the pan as they heated. Most people I know haven't eaten them in decades, but I still eat a can or two a month! They're actually really low fat if you don't get the sliced franks or the meatballs...but naturally they're "carb city!" If you liked them as a kid...buy a can and re-live that flavor. They're good! (And make sure you never save 40 cents and buy store brand "Spaghetti Rings." Bleeeecchh!)
