13 years ago today, a day we never forget 9/11. The day when terrorist's struck our home land. Just take time to honor America and our fallen heroes.

9/11 events *The United Veterans Council of Missoula and Ravalli Counties and the Missoula Exchange Club are sponsoring a Never Forget Service at 7 p.m. at the Memorial Rose Garden along Brooks Street to pay tribute to the men, women and children who died on 9/11. The Celtic Dragon Pipe Band, which will lead the procession of honor and color guards of the American Legion Post 27, VFW Post 209.

----A 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony will be held at 12:15 p.m. on the Missoula County courthouse lawn by the Memorial Tree.

----The Missoula Dream Center, 2023 S. Higgins Ave., will be sponsoring an event at 7 p.m.

---- In honor of the Day of Service and Remembrance, the Retired & Senior Volunteer Program will distribute blue ribbons to volunteers around Missoula who are making a difference.

**The mystery virus that has hit 10 states and effected hundreds of kids has reached Montana. The case is out of Yellowstone County. State official do confirm one case of this rare virus, how many more we have yet to find out. It is fast moving and has some kids in ICU. There are reports of cases that just aren't yet to be confirmed in Montana. When health officals were asked by USA Today what is causing this illness they responded “it’s a virus, called EV-D68, which causes coughing and wheezing, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. It belongs to a family of viruses called enteroviruses that generally peak at this time of year, says Roya Samuels, a pediatrician at Cohen Children’s Medical Center in New Hyde Park, N.Y. Many people with an enterovirus never even realize they’re infected, because they have no symptoms. Others have mild symptoms similar to those of a cold.

**Richard Kiel, the 7-foot-2 actor best known for playing the James Bond villain Jaws, died Wednesday at the age of 74. He appeared in dozens of movies and TV shows over the past 50 years -- including Happy Gilmore, The Longest Yard, The Twilight Zone and Gilligan's Island. But he's best remembered for his roles in 1977's The Spy Who Loved Me and Moonraker.
