Major Nerd Alert!! The first official beer of the Klingon Empire is coming

soon to a bar near you. According to the Hollywood Reporter, CBS has announced the first-ever official beer from the "Star Trek" franchise. It’s being called the Klingon Warnog! The drink of choice after a long day of fighting to the death with honor.
The Klingon Warnog is being brewed by Tin Man Brewing Company of Evansville, Indiana. The beer's flavor draws from blending rye malt with a traditional clove character, creating what they’re calling "a bold beer suited for the harsh Klingon lifestyle." The beer was scheduled to be previewed last night at the Nightclub & Bar Show in Las Vegas and will be released across the U.S. and Canada later this year. With any luck, this will be just the first in a line of Star Trek beverages.
