The Latest From George Strait and The Band Perry

The Band Perry releases a new song today, “Better Dig Two”. It’s the leadoff single for their new album coming out early next year. You can listen to it online after 1PM EDT today. They will be touring with Rascal Flatts next year and are listed as the opening act here in Missoula.

We still don’t know if Rascal Flatts is coming to Missoula or not. Their website says they’re scheduled here on the 25th of January, 2013. Checking the U-M ticket office there’s nothing up there yet about when tickets will be available or how they’ll be priced.

George Strait releases a new song today too. He’ll be doing “Give It All We Got Tonight” online as well. It’s from his new album, no release date announced on it yet. Strait says, “the song has a very unusual melody and very cool phrasing” which is the kind of material he likes to do.
