Usually I buy whole, pickled jalapenos, slice length wise, take out the seeds and stuff them with pimento cheese spread. (VERY DELICIOUS!)  But my neighbors have me hooked on grilled stuffed jalapenos now... easy to make!

14 jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise, and seeded
1 pack softened cream cheese
3 slices bacon, crispy, crumbled
(that's the simple version of the stuffing)
If you'd like to add a little shredded cheddar, minced garlic, finely chopped green onion, tomato or pimento, feel free!
Now just grill, covered, about 8 minutes and enjoy!
