The name sounds fun all before you even find out what exactly is happening! The Zootown Arts Community Center (ZACC) and SPARK!/Any Given Child Missoula are teaming up to present the 2nd annual Missoula Monster Project. Which means Kindergarden classes from three Missoula County public schools created original monster pieces that are then illustrated by adult artists. The whole goal of the project is to bring more art into public schools.

The artwork will range from design art to sculptures, the works all find unity in their matter and size.

In hopes of putting more art in the lives of youth, at least 50% of all proceeds will go toward bringing Missoula Country Public School kids to the ZACC for art classes. The three participating classes are from Lewis and Clark, Cold Springs, and Russell School.

The 2nd annual Missoula Monster Project will take place Friday, September 9th, from 3:30pm to 8:30pm. Taking place at the ZACC located at 235 North 1st Street West in Missoula. If you have any questions regarding the event email Linds Sanders at linds@zootownarts.org
