Somehow you can make muffins without sugar or flour and they can still manage to taste good. My boys love these muffins, but I have to admit that they usually con me into throwing some chocolate chips into the batter. So, if you feel like being healthy, but still treating yourself, then feel free to toss in a handful (about a 1/2 cup) of chocolate chips too.
