Montana has some of the best hunting in this country and despite the increase in the cost to purchase an out-of-state tag, I think the surplus of tags will still be sold. Wildlife officials are pointing to an increase in the price of some nonresident hunting licenses as the reason about 1,200 big game combination licenses are still for sale.
