Do you remember KYSSmas for Kids this past December? It was an event that is hard to forget! KYSS FM listeners came together with businesses and the rest of Missoula to raise $26,000 for kids in need in our community.

We had a lot of fun hosting the 16th Annual KYSSmas for Kids auction a week or so ago. One of the many neat things that happened that day was having band students from both Sentinel High School and Hellgate High School stop by our studio on separate occasions to play music for us. We took video of their performances and are sharing them here with you!

Those that made it to the end of the KYSSmas for Kids Auction hosted by 94.9 KYSS FM on Nov. 30 received a special treat - Morning show co-host Alan K sang his least favorite Christmas song, "Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer." He was accompanied by some of the KYSSmas for Kids volunteers, including Keith Koprivica, who can be seen singing alongside Al. The amazing KYSSmas for Kids auction is complete with just over $26,000 in the bag for children in need. If you were one of the generous people who bid on and won an auction item, and haven't already done so, please claim your auction item or complete your donation by this Friday, December 7 at 4 p.m. at Townsquare Media – 3250 S Reserve St – on the top floor of the Western Montana Lighting building.

Today is the big day! Join us today from 6 a.m. - 7 p.m. on 94.9 KYSS FM to bid on your favorite auction items. We have a whole list of great gifts for our listeners and all of the proceeds go to a great cause! That's right, all of the funds raised from today's auction go directly to Western Montana children in need in the form of christmas gifts this season.
