I’ve lost my fair share of sleep being a mother of four boys. Now that they’ve gotten a little older I’m able to get a decent amount of sleep. I still don’t think it’s quite enough to consider the sleep I get beauty sleep, but it is enough.

When I’m at work I’m a total snacker. All my coworkers know I have a snack drawer, and if they’re itching for something to chew on they know where to look.
Have you heard of this? Pulling with coconut oil? It seems that half of my social media friends are doing it. I have to admit that I’m a bit skeptical. I don’t understand how placing a spoonful of coconut oil in your mouth and just letting it sit there for 20-30 minutes can do everything they claim that it does.

The awards are dedicated to individuals or organizations that have fought for better mental health in their community.
