For the sixth week in a row Billings has the lowest priced gas in the lower 48 states. According to the latest Lundberg Survey regular averages $3.65/ gallon. A drop of six cents in the past two weeks. In Billings the average is $3.33. Nationally diesel is down two pennies at $4.05.
