Eat Fair Food, It’s Delicious and Benefits a Good Cause

I can remember the first time I went to the fair pretty clearly. I was 5, painfully shy and stuck on a swinging bridge in the middle of an obstacle course during a windstorm.

Somehow, that day only made me love the fair more. It was probably because I got to watch my mom battle her way to the top to collect me, her screaming child, unwilling to let a carnival employee help me to the ground.

From that day on whenever I hear the sentence, "The fair is coming to town," I immediately get a group of friends together and prepare to ride every ride alone.
