Saturday, May 31st was a day for meat lovers! The University of Montana Culinary students put on the feed bag! There was all types of BBQ meat and cooked by the students. I paid my $20.00 dollars for a plate filled with every type of meat, buffalo sausage, it was great; brisket, lamb, pulled pork sandwiches...
It was a nice weekend here in Missoula, did you go to the store and buy some hot dogs to put on the BBQ? Well you may have bought a pack of dogs that Kraft has recalled.
Thanks to everyone that turned out Thursday for the grand opening of Dickey’s B-B-Q Pit in downtown Missoula. There’s nothing like a good portion of pulled pork stacked up on a toasted bun with a slice of onion and pickle to get people interested.
