Triple A says that 41 million people will be traveling 50 miles or more this holiday weekend, most of them in cars.If you can possibly avoid it, try to stay clear of Washington, D.C. According to Safeco Insurance, the nation's capital is the number-one city for discourteous and aggressive drivers during the Fourth of July holidays. The survey of drivers in ten cities say that 40 percent of motorists in Washington are likely to engage in such behaviors as honking their horn, tailgating and gesturing at others this coming weekend. Boston is a close second, with 38 percent acting more discourteous during the holidays, with Atlanta third at 34 percent.
