A drug-resistant "superbug" spread through the Ronald Reagan-UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. It may have contributed to the deaths of two patients and infected more than 100 other patients, UCLA Health System officials said Wednesday.

According to a statement by the UCLA Health System, the exposure occurred between October 2014 and January 2015 and was spread by tainted medical equipment.

The hospital has been offering some home test kits and trying to alert all parents and anyone in contact there.
