Super Bowl Super Picker Passes

She didn't get a chance to show off her skills on her home turf.Princess, a 26-year old Camel and 10-year resident of the Popcorn Park Zoo in Lacey Township, N.J. has passed away. She had to be euthanized after arthritis made impossible for her to stand. Princess gained fame for correctly picking the outcomes of NFL games, including of course the Super Bowl. The zoo's manager would hold a graham cracker in each hand with the name of a competing team on each cracker. Whichever hand she chose, that was her prediction. Back in 2008, Princess picked 17 of 22 games correctly, including the Pittsburgh Steelers winning Super Bowl XLIII. She also picked the Baltimore Ravens to win last year. Sadly, just weeks before the big game will be held in her home state, Princess couldn't hang in there to pick that last graham cracker.     DB
