Suggestions for the City to Make Brooks Street Safer?

How many of you have driven down Brooks St. in Missoula and have dealt with it's craziness? Well the city has been slowly trying to improve it safety wise and is looking for your input. 

One stop light has been added already and now street lights are going up at a dangerous intersection. The street lights and upgraded signage is estimated to cost 600,000 dollars and will be done in 2016.

The section where they are focusing is the area of Buckhouse Bridge to Dore Lane which they say is used by about 30,000 or more vehicles a day.
