Spider Bite Lawsuit Tossed

Nothing like a really stupid lawsuit to get us taxpayers all bent out of shape, right gang?Fortunately this clown's attempt to tie up the courts again and cost the county more money didn't have any "bite."  Associated Press tells us that a spider bite isn't worth $50 million dollars. That ruling from a federal appeals court. Ronald Server sued a Pennsylvania county jail after getting what he claims was a spider bite, then received no treatment and suffered fever and terrible pain. A lower court tossed out his case last year. He appealed a circuit court of appeals refused to buy into our little web master's story. Yay! DB
