So Easy And So Delicious!

Wednesday night was just like every other night, including my wife Savannah and I having trouble coming up with an idea for dinner. I remembered that earlier in the week when grabbing dinner I saw something that looked delicious at the meat counter at Missoula Fresh Market. It was a bacon wrapped cheese and jalapeno stuffed chicken breast. Just saying the name makes my mouth water! Plus it was less than $4 a piece.

Obviously, I grabbed some rice which is very easy to make as a side. But the chicken was as simple as popping it in the over at 375 degrees for 40 minutes and it was amazing.
