Sneaky Message to Congress

I’m a fan of innovative ways to poke at authority.  As this “shutdown” drags on there have been some funny, interesting signs on the nightly news and in the papers. But so far the best one I’ve seen was done by the forecasters at the National Weather Service in Alaska. They crafted a forecast with a not so subtly hidden message to Congress. See below.
