Using crayons a six year old South Dakota girl recently won a contest to design a federal duck stamp. But she's been disqualified. Madison Grimm of Burbank SD became the youngest winner ever of the Fish and Wildlife Service's annual duck stamp design contest. But the Service has cried "fowl"  and suggested plagiarism, questioning the ability of someone that young to design something so creative. Now, Madison admits she traced the duck from a photo that her dad took. The rules do not prohibit tracing as long as you don't trace a copyrighted image. And since her dad's photo was never published, they say it's fair game. I guess I tend to agree. Why break the heart of a little girl? Give her the title back and everything will be just ducky. It is pretty good, huh?  DB
