Should Griz Football Fans Make Plans

Whether we have the right stuff or not this season, it’s the thrill of the chase and the ever-present dream. And the date’s been set.  The NCAA Division I Football Championship Committee announced today that the 2013 NCAA Division I Football Championship Game will be played at noon (CST) on Saturday, January 5th at FC Dallas Stadium in Frisco, Texas. Tickets for the game will go on sale later this summer. The game will also be televised by ESPN2 and the radio broadcast will be on our sister station KGVO AM 1290/FM 101.5, IF the right team’s playing. :-)   Isn’t it interesting that since the game was moved from east Tennessee to Texas two years ago, the two champs have  been from schools west of the Mississippi?  I’m likin’ that pattern.
