SHOCKING VIDEO: Special Needs Student Assaulted
After trying to put a safety harness on a special needs student, this school bus video shows a teachers aide and behavioral manager getting very rough with and slapping around the 10-year old student.
The driver of the bus was so enraged by the incident that he turned the footage over to school officials who immediately placed the two women on administrative leave.
