Shakespeare in the Parks will visit Hamilton Tuesday, August 15, bringing with them the mystery, murder and misdeeds of "Macbeth."

The free public performance will be at the large lawn of Sapphire Lutheran Homes, just north of the Marcus Daly Memorial Hospital on North 10th Street. The performances have annually brought hundreds to the Hamilton event.

The play starts promptly at 6 p.m., though the audience is invited to bring their picnics earlier than that and settle in with their blankets or lawnchairs.

The Bozeman-based traveling theater troupe has set the classic play in a post-apocalyptic setting, adding to the dark themes of one of Shakespeare's most famous plays.
