Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks is now seeking comments on proposed fishing regulations changes. The proposed change is on Seeley Lake, where the bass regulation would go from catch and release to no limit. This is in response to the recent discovery of the unauthorized introduction of smallmouth bass. If you are an avid Seeley Lake angler and you have input, comments are being excepted through November 14. The F&W commission is expected to take final action on December 12. You can go to their website, fwp.mt.gov and click on Public Notices or send your remarks in writing to:

Don Skaar, Fish Management Bureau Chief, Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks, P.O. Box 200701, Helena MT, 59624-0701.
