This is how it all starts, doesn't it? A second person in the Dallas area is being closely monitored for signs of Ebola.

This second person is a "close associate" of the initial Ebola patient, who contracted the disease in Liberia before flying home on September 20th. Health officials acknowledge that there is a serious risk, but they insist that as of now, the virus is contained. They add that they're keeping an eye on anyone who's been in contact with the Ebola patient and watching for possible symptoms.

The main concern is that when the man first sought treatment on September 26th, he was sent home with antibiotics and was in contact with numerous people until his hospitalization two days later. Officials say that children were among the people he was in close contact with.
