One young Iron Man fan got the thrill of a lifetime when Robert Downey Jr. paid him a visit and gave him a special gift.

The star showed up in character as Tony Stark and presented seven-year-old Alex,a Central Florida boy who is missing his right arm from just above his elbow, a bionic Iron Man prosthetic! He even did a video, this is a must see.
