Resources for Those In Domestic Violence Situations

I thought in light of recent events ( Ray Rice FINALLY getting punishment for domestic abuse that happened in February) I would share some resources for those that find themselves in domestic violence situations. 

Everyday 3 women die from domestic violence in America. Remember there are resources available for you if you are in this situation. Many women and men that are abused have lost a lot of there self worth, or may be wondering/questioning themselves as to why it happens. It's so important to know you are not alone and there are people to help you.

If you're in the Flathead and need help the Abbie Shelter and the Violence Free Crisis line is (406) 752-7273. If you're in Missoula or a bigger city the YWCA offers multiple resources including housing.
