It's hard to remember that not all that long ago we were excited to see snow.  That feeling seems to have dissipated a little bit.

However, we will apprecitate all the moisture when summer comes.  In fact, according to the National Weather Service, we've got a LOT of moisture out there.

Our sources at the NWS tell us that this is the 3rd wettest winter in the last 37 years.  So...we can hopefully look forward to a summer of minimal wildfires, plentiful water in the lakes and streams, and a general feeling of elation that we made it through this long winter.

These pictures were sent to me by a buddy of mine a couple of weeks back.  They were skiing on Ovando Mountain.

So, when the ice, the snow, the slippery pot-holed streets get you down just think what a great summer we're in for.

Now I'm going to go take a nap until June.
