I like peanuts in just about any form, same thing for my wife. She can eat them out of the shell, or shelled.  However, she can not eat peanut butter or eat food cooked in peanut oil because she has a reaction. This might be good news for her and others that have that type of allergy.

British doctors say peanut flour may help kids with peanut allergies. In experimental therapy, researchers mixed small amounts of the peanut flour in food given to kids with severe peanut allergies. The amount was increased over time. Doctors say 80 percent of the children could eventually tolerate eating a handful of peanuts.
