We all have a few things we should or we want to cut out of our lives, what would be yours? If I had to choose one, I need to remove energy drinks from my life. The more I hear about how unhealthy these things are the more I realize I really need to cut them out of my life.

Even my co-workers give me a hard time about drinking energy drinks all the time but they help throughout the day. I love the extra boost they give after working all day. Also I never deal with the crash or end up staying up all night because of them.

Regardless I know they are bad for me so I really should get them out of my life. If you could remove one thing out of your life for good, what would it be?
