While some college grads may feel like they're in outer space once they get that diploma, this one really is. The University of Connecticut School of Engineering  will have their graduation address delivered by alumnus Rick Mastracchio. However Rick will be just a few miles away: orbiting the earth on the International Space Station. UConn has arranged for the astronaut to deliver his speech from space. Mastracchio is on his fourth trip, an 8-month stay aboard the the space station. He's done over 50 hours of space walks. Sounds like he will be quite the inspiration. Throw your mortar boards real high, kids. It's a long toss for Rick to have a chance to catch any of them
