Number One Tip to Stay Healthy During the Flu Season
You can stock up on Vitamin C, and make sure you get lots of rest and often times still end up getting sick. Currently in our office almost a third of all people are dealing with a sore throat or the sniffles. While it probably isn't the flu there are tons of germs being passed around. I haven't had a really bad cold or flu in a few years (knock on wood). The main reason for that is simple, wash your hands often!
It's amazing how many germs get passed through touching items or places that have germs on them already. If you want to stay healthy while everyone else is dealing with some sort of illness, make sure to wash your hands, especially when leaving the bathroom.
