Okay, not being judgmental here as far as condemning the act in public. But while driving?Noisy baby or not, a little common sense is in order, right? What about the safety of the child?

This indeed actually happened near Seattle. Associated Press reports that police received a 9-1-1 call from a motorist reporting a woman was driving with a child on her lap. An officer was able to track her down and says he could tell that she was breast-feeding her child while driving.

When pulled over she admitted she was doing so and had done it numerous times before, because her year-old son screams uncontrollably when he's hungry. She was given a ticket for $136.

Now, back to the whole safety issue: Court records show this woman has numerous driving infractions, including using a cell phone while driving, speeding and tailgating.

That poor little baby was in a dangerous position if you ask me.  DB
