Memorial Day is a good time to celebrate the freedoms we have in our country from tyrants like this.

And anytime is a good time to carefully review what goes into high school yearbooks.

But being careless in that regard is causing some problems for a school in Leetsdale, Pennsylvania. Associated Press tells us that the school district is apologizing after quotes from Adolf Hitler and Josef Stalin were published in a Quaker Valley yearbook. The schools says the content of the quotes was carefully reviewed. Unfortunately their origin was not.

The Hitler quote reads, "Words build bridges into unexplored regions." The kids can either get refunds on their books or stickers to cover them up.      DB
