No Grazing for Surfing Goats

Yeah, I kind of thought it looked like a headline mash-up, too. They can h-a-a-a-a-a-ng 10 but they can't eat the grass. Remember the surfing goats? Their Pismo Beach, California owner, Dana McGregor taught Grover, Pismo and Goatee to to surf and they became a social media sensation with their YouTube videos. And while that's all well and good and the city got some great publicity, McGregor has been getting ticketed for letting them graze within the city limits. In fact he's allegedly violating codes just by keeping them. The three goats are legal and very welcome at the beach, just not munching on the town's flora. Although the city is considering cutting them some slack, promising not to be such a "nanny" state. DB
