No Fling With Woman 50 Years Younger Wearing His PJs

If you were going to come up with a story denying having an affair, this one would probably suck. Which I guess proves the truth is stranger than lies sometimes.

Associated Press shared this little gem with us, about a woman in her 70s who thought her husband was having a fling with a 22-year-old woman that she found in her home wearing her husband's pajamas! Yep, it was looking bad for the old boy there for a few minutes. But it turns out the gal had escaped from a deputy who had arrested her for shoplifting in Deltona, Florida.

The young woman managed to sneak into the elderly couple's home, washed her clothes, showered and then took a nap, selecting some comfy sleepwear from the hubby's closet. After they discovered her presence and once the Mrs. was convinced there was no hanky panky going on, the couple offered to drive her home. They also contacted authorities, who matched up the description with the escaped shoplifter and arrested her.

I'll bet for a moment there, grandpa thought he was getting one heck of a Christmas present!   DB
