'Tis the season for holiday craft fairs and Christmas festivals. Why not clear your Saturday calendar and join the merriment!

Our friends at Hellgate Elementary School here in Missoula would like to invite you to their annual holiday event that has grown into quite the spectacle in terms of participation. You're sure to get some great ideas for some of the people on your Christmas lists.

The Hellgate Elementary Annual Holiday Craft Fair will feature close to 100 vendors! Tables galore of art, jewelry, food, clothing, crafts and much more. There will also be face painting for the kids. Hellgate's annual Holiday Craft fair hours are from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. this Saturday, December 9. The school is located at 2385 Flynn Lane here in Missoula. And of course free admission.

AND JUST A FEW MILES DOWN THE ROAD:

How handy it is that just a couple hours after the conclusion of Hellgate's craft fair, the folks at the Lolo Community Center will be ready to welcome you to the Lolo Christmas Fair. Enjoy music, hay rides, fun crafts, treats and games. And the kids will be excited to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus, who in the spirit of Christmas, also invited their pal the Grinch to come to the fair as well.

This fun, free family event will take place from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. this Saturday. If you have any questions, you can contact Korrie, at 406-240-6364. The Lolo Community Center is at 12345 U.S. Highway 93 South in Lolo.

Whether you're able to attend one or both events, we hope you can make it a merry holiday craft and Christmas fair day this Saturday!
